Please note that the launch of the S&P/Citigroup BMO World Property Ex-U.S. Index, originally scheduled to be launched on April 2, 2007, has been postponed.

Beginning Monday, April 2, 2007, CME^® will begin disseminating the sixteen new indexes listed in Exhibit 1, attached.  These indexes will be transmitted every 15 seconds, with an Exchange Code of “M” via Channel 3 of CME’s MDP. 

The usual display fees for S&P Index data will not apply to any display of these Indices, whether made to individual subscribers or on public websites. For all other S&P Indices the standard fees apply. This waiver is effective immediately until further notice from CME.
